Question regarding BUG 23739487,

The client is in 9.2.2.1 tools release but this ESU is applied to  tools Release 9.1.5.9 ,

And the Client Implementation happened early 2016. before this ESU update came.

So now what is the best option to take this SAR:23739487

Please advise on which ESU patch to be taken for fixing this Bug
