Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC)

We are using EBS R12.1.3 and use AME for approval process

Anyway when im trying to create Approval rule in for one org (Payable) in action it is only shown as action type "approval-group chain of authority" unable to find rest of the action types like "Post-Chain of Authority approval, pre-Chain of authority approval.

Can anyone instruct how can I get those action types as well.
