Database Password Entry screen

Hi All,

I am facing the issue with login to JDE Xe. while login to account, JDE screen popups with and asking to enter the Database password entry. unfortunately the password which used while creating the user account is not working. Can it possible to bypass the database password entry screen?

if you have any other solution or idea please advise.
