Inputs required reg. adding languages on EBS 12.2.5

Hi,

We are planning to add a few languages to the current Oracle Applications 12.2.5 instance (currently only English language is installed). Can you please clarify the following.

1. For Full translations, what would be the estimated growth on applications and database side? (Current DB size is 6 TB).

2. For light weight MLS, what would be the estimated growth on applications and database side?

3. per our understanding, no downtime is required for applying the NLS translation patches (as these are regular applications patches. Is this correct?
