Get rid of Old transactions in AP-Trial Balance

Greetings

I submitted AP-Trial Balance. There are many transactions that are overdue by cents and the company won't pay them, so we wan't to get rid of those old transactions. Some of them are partially paid which generated transactions with amount remaining but the amount remaining is so little that those transactions won't be paid. Is there any advice for this purpose? Because we don't want to cancel the invoice that is partially paid hence it is a supporting document, we jus't dont want to see those transactions in AP-Trial Balance.
