How to set the navigation model in 12c

Hello Experts,

I'm using the Webcenter portal 12c version 12.2.1.1.0 and I want to create the custom Navigation model as we can do in 11g version of webcenter portal to provide the navigation on portal pages.

please provide some hints or link how we can achieve it here.
