environnement Refresh in PeopleSoft Cloud Manager context

Hello all,

All PeopleSoft administrator have to face environment refresh.

Developers and functional team ask admins to refresh Development environment with Production data ... but this is not smart any more with all the new laws like GDPR.

In the context of PeopleSoft Cloud Manager, what tool would you use to populate your development environment with "production like" data ?
