Does the Xadmin fileupload triggers a DB load of files on Xcenter ? If so how and when ?

We are not clear about the behaviour of Xadmin Fileupload feature.

- we have tried to uplooad some files but the data was never loaded in the Xcenter Database

- in other cases the file seems to be effectively processed in Xcenter but 6 hours after the fileupload action

What is the detailed behavior of this feature ? Where is configured the delay between Fileupload and Processing ?

Version used : 16.0.0.1
