Sales Order RMA Receipt window Personalization

Dear All,

We are trying to change Default where for inventory RMA customer receipt window to satisfy business needs (based on order management sales order return reason to specific inventory users);

Trying to personalize Sales Order RMA Receipt window

Inventory responsibility==>Transactions==>Receiving==>Receipts==>Customer tab; then Find;

when:

Help==>Diagnostics==>Custom Code==>Personalize

Condition= WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE

Mode: Not in enter-query mode

action:

Type : Block

Object : RCV_TRANSACTION

Property: Default Where

Now; no when clicking Get Value button no default where returned ; we need to amend it to select only specific condition (based on order management sales order return reason).
