Update price adjsutment Schedule udpate for open sales orders

Dear All,

We have scenario after recently notification by government rates are reduced for many items and accordingly we have updated also in the system , but for open sales order how we can update in mass.

We have many sales orders are open and manually its not possible to update the price adjustment  schedule, please guide.
