rename_existing_repositories.sql file missing while triggering upgrep process during IP16 upgrade

Hi Team,

We are performing an upgrade from 8.1.1.11 to IP2016 and below are the errors and warning we faced.

1: While creating master UCF file for UPGREP at last we seen one warning message.

warning: the following languages are present in the siebel server installation but are missing from the database and will not be upgraded :ENU. only the below

languages will be upgraded :LD.SO.1:SQLGENVAL:FATAL:LIBJACOB

We ignored the warning message and created the UCF file.

2: When trigerring the srvrupgwiz to start the upgrep it throws error on renaming the existing siebel repositories.

While investigating we found that under $SIEBEL_ROOT/dbsrvr/oracle/upgrade/v8_1_1_11 folder .sql files are not there. however .sql files are present on v_8_1_1_10 folder.
