If purchase price is zero, does the GL get updated at PO receipt?

A customer has zero priced purchase orders, all received no problem, MATC = 1, all at status 400/999, everything fine, but there's not update to the F0911.

Is this to be expected, since they have no price? No record on GL if no value on receipt sounds right, but I'd just like that confirmed, please.
