Questions about customizing autoconfig templates in R12.2

Hi,

I'm used to customize Autoconfig templates in all previous EBS versions 11i,12,12.1 but i want to know if there is changes on this topic in 12.2.6 version.

I was not able to find on MOS for 12.2 version a document as the one for R12 387859.1.

Is there is an equivalent document for 12.2 ? Could we use still 387859.1 ? What's the impact of the dual fs on customizations ? are they sync during the next adop prepare phase after the customization ?

I've just finished an upgrade from 11i to 12.2.6 and on my fresh new environment i've noticed something weird:

I wanted first to customize the context file (template adxmlctx.tmp) but i've noticed that the directory custom is already existing in $AD_TOP/admin/template and that it contains already a file
