Removed dbf files

Hi

Iam in a deep trouble.Someone has deleted our dbf files from the tablespace.It appears like a deliberately act but i can tell who did.I checked the drectory with the debugfs command and i was able to see the files.I then usd testdisk utility to restored the file and succeeded.I then restarted the system but after that the file dissappeared and i cant even view the files with debugfs command.What should i do ?
