eAM Work Order : One Step Material Issue

In EAM, when issuing a material to a work order using One Step Material Issue, all subinventories and locators are available despite entering a material number. 

This can create issues with accurate inventory tracking as material can be issued from a subinventory and locators where the material is not located, causing inaccurate inventory management.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
