How to customize EBS-OTM Integration for Oracle Shipping Execution (to send new fields from Oracle E

I need to customize the EBS-OTM Integration for Oracle Shipping Execution (EBS 12.1.3)  in order to send new fields of Shipping Execution information from EBS to OTM.

Based on standard integration you execute the concurrent program in Oracle eBS to start the integration and a webserve is called bpel_wsh_SendTxnToOtmService. But we are not able to open this webservice definition. Is there other option to do it? has Anyone already customized this integration ? Can you share a overview solution ?
