Is it feasible to implement Tax Extensible Parameters in the R12.2.6 environment migrated from 11i w

Dear Colleagues,

Is it feasible to implement Tax Extensible Parameters if the regime determination set is STCC ?

I can see how to setup Tax Extensible Parameters in the Doc ID 1992106.1 (E Business Tax Extensible Parameters Feature and its Usage), but it did not work in my R12.2.6 environment migrated from 11i.

Screenshots are attached.
