Does Siebel IP 2015 support Soap 1.2

Hi

We want to invoke generic web services from OSB which uses soap 1.2 standards.

We have errors when importing WSDL which we somehow worked around.

This did not help us as when calling the outbound web service we received error from OSB

OSB-382032: The message must be an instance of: {http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope}Envelope

We tried to modify outboudn soap request using filter service but then the soap envelope is no more valid for Siebel. We are currently using Siebel 8.1.1.10.

What I understood is Soap 1.2. is not support for this siebel version. Then question is which siebel version onwards siebel support Soap 1.2 standards ?
