physical standby server become read only after reboot

Hi all,

We have configured physical standby server on windows platform. version 11.2.0.4

whenever standby server rebooted, the "Open_mode" become READ ONLY and its stopped apply sequence on standby server.

So, is there anyway to make it as MOUNTED after reboot and sequence will not stop apply. OR any other automate workaround is there?
