Need API for Contact address creation of a customer

Hi,

We are working on customer conversion. In this, we need to create contact address for the customer.

Do any one know the API, which is used to create Contact address?

Navigation:

Customer --> Account --> Communication --> Create Contact (Person info & Address, We need this address creation)

Please find the attachment for the screenshot for the contact address.
