Inbound Flat File Conversion program (R47002C) giving error

Hi Experts,

I am getting an error message when using the Inbound Flat File Conversion program (R47002C) for uploading batches of timecards to F06116Z1.

I have followed the Doc ID  -  E1: 05: How To Upload Time Entry(Doc ID 625895.1)

I am getting this issue -

Phone Number  :

Tickler Date  : 24/11/2017

Subject       : Error: Open of File Unsuccessful

Cause  . . . . One or more of the master files required for the execution of

               this program failed to open successfully.

Resolution . . Please exit this program and contact your Operations department

               to have the appropriate file(s) created in your environment.

Please revert in case you have any suggestions.
