Exchange Rate Error on SK OK

When running R4210IC on an order to create SK OK. We have exchange rate missing.

SK OK are in EUR, Original Order is in another currency (AB).

We already have AB to EUR present in F0015 and vice versa

Which exchange rate is it referring to?

On the original SO we have an exchange rate but this is already present in P0015A.

Is there any specific set up it is looking for?
