November Vertex update

The readme from the Vertex update for November indicates several changes to federal items. 

457

  • Increased
    the limit for elective deferral to 457 plans from $18,000.00 to $18,500.00.

We have applied the update for November but we are not seeing an increase to the new max 18500.00.

Is there something in Oracle we need to do to make this increase effective?

We are currently on 4.2.

Has anyone else seen this as an issue?
