Task Start date in Checklist based on the status of another task in the Checklist

I currently have a requirement for defining a checklist where some tasks are depended on other tasks so I don't want these tasks to be initiated unless the performer of the other task complete it.

for example a checklist whit two action A & B, I don't want task B to start unless the performer of task A complete the action. So that the complete duration for task B start counting from the completion date of task A.
