Quick Admit Batch Apps process not creating new application in Application tables

Hi,

We have used Quick Admit to admit the students for the current term. When we are running the Quick Admit Batch Apps process to create the applications for the students whom we admitted thru Quick Admit, it is not creating application data.

If I select Create New and Create Application, process is running to an error. If I uncheck create new and run the process, the process is running to success but we are not able to find any data in the application tables.

Find attached the screenshots for your reference.

Please do let us know if we are missing on something in the process? This is a top priority issue for us.
