OT received quantity issue

Hi,

In a ST-OT transaction, the OT order has been received twice.User has received it only single time that is 500 KG but in F43121, 2 lines have been created with 500 KG quantity.

ST - 500 KG shipped

OT - 1000 KG Received

Can you please advise why it would have been happened. Is it an issue of transaction committed twice.
