2nd Level PO Approver getting notification

Hi All,

2nd Level approver is getting notification despite From amount  defined in P43008-Approval Level Revision is far less than extended amount on Purchase Order

Although there is no PO Pending for his approval in his queue but ideally he should not get notification as well

Kenny is getting all the Email Notification even though total order value is 62713+26877=89590

I have also verified Originator of the order and he is not on the approval route

Any help on this would be appreciated
