Does iSupplier Portal support portlets for legacy (non-EBS) reports and apps?

Does iSupplier Portal support portlets for legacy (non-EBS) reports and apps?  I'd like to provide a single portal to suppliers with a combination of  sources behind it.   Hoping that iSupplier Portal supports some portlet standards like JSR-286.
