Why can’t I create a MOS ticket in Chrome?

I am failing to create a new SR within My Oracle Support. While using the Product “PeopleSoft Enterprise PT PeopleTools”, Version “8.55”, and Language “English”, I am given no drop-down for the required fields Operating System/Version and Problem Type. I am using Chrome since it typically works better for me at support.oracle.com than Firefox or Internet Explorer.

I attempted a workaround of selecting the inappropriate Product “PeopleSoft Enterprise CS Student Administration”, but I ran into the same issue. I will now attempt additional browsers, but is there currently a bug (like missing data)? Is there a recommended workaround? An ETA?
