Mexico Minimum Wage Update - effective Dec 1, 2017

Hi - We just found out that the Mexico government has issued a legislative change to increase the minimum wage effective 12/1/2017.

Is there a planned patch for Oracle for this update? Or was it part of any earlier patches?
