How do i check if Solaris OS related parameters are undesized if the customer faces an issue current

How do i check if Solaris OS related parameters are undesized if the customer faces an issue currently

This is what the customer gets and i believe it is an OS misconfiguration or some parameter on OS not optimal

# ./srvctl start asm -n ghvfhdgpd02
PRCR-1013 : Failed to start resource ora.asm
PRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.asm on node ghvfhdgpd02
ORA-27154: post/wait create failed
ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation:pwportcr failed with status: 11
ORA-27301: OS failure message: Resource temporarily unavailable
ORA-27302: failure occurred at: sskgpwatt:2
