Change SMTP settings in Oracle VM Manager

I have a requirement to change the smtp server that Oracle VM Manager (3.4.2) is currently using however I am unable to find any settings related to this or any documentation that shows how to change the SMTP server that VM Manager is using.

Is anyone able to assist with this?
