RMAN daily vs monthly backup

Hi all,

Currently in state to reviewing our production db backup. ( Oracle 11g - 11.2.0.4.0 , windows 2008 )

Daily Backup strategy using TAPE ( total backup time ~ 12 hours )

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Full backup - Daily basis  ( 8 PM )  

Archive - Every 6 hours ( 12 AM, 6 AM, 12PM and 6 PM - 4 sets of archive backup )

There is a request to archive one set of DAILY backup to be keep for 5 years retention

How should i schedule for that 5 years backup. Any different with daily backup script.
