SOHdrMod messages fails in SIM mps with NullPointerException

The status of the Transfer in RMS is 'S'hipped, the container status in RWMS is 'S'hipped, while the status in SIM is 7 i.e Approved. The SOHdrMod message for the same fails in SIM mps_staged_message table  with java.lang.NullPointerException
