Latest Change Assistant for JDE 9.2.2.1

Hi Team,

I have been looking for the latest change assistant and I can find the same in E-Delivery as 4.0.0.3 but that is not available for download.

Searching from Update Center, I can see a release 3.0.10 and I downloaded the same and tried but getting error as ''

As per the document, I have copied the bin and lib files from a latest JRE install, but still getting the same error.

One more thing is, I am not able to find the DeployTools.3.0.10 zip file as suggested in the Special Instructions in the downloaded zip file V77701-01.

Are the DeployTools.3.0.10 and V77701-01 are same thing, or am I missing anything here ? Please suggest from where I can download and install the latest CA tool.
