Benefits Confirmation Statement for Life Insurance
Are there any customers that have customized their benefits confirmation statement that prints during open enrollment for life insurance? Right now ours displays what they elected in the hundreds per thousand. For example if they elected 100,000 we show 100. The 100 shows up in the employee's cost per pay period total. We offer life insurance based on age. Has anyone added code to the confirmation statement so it actually shows what the cost is to the employee?
