Missing personalization objects to render tax columns in iProcurement

Hello,

Per this document "How To Enable E-Business tax Functionality In iProcurement Release 12 (Doc ID 552107.1)" we were able to render columns for tax related values (e.g. TaxClassCol) in one of our test environments using personalization. However, in our second test environment, we are not able to see these LOV objects so that they can be rendered. I have compared all EBTax profile options between the two systems and they are identical. Does anyone have any idea why these objects/columns would not be available in iProcurement personalization?
