Freight Costs changing Monthly

Hi there,

What is the best practice/solution for the below scenario:

The freight costs for Transportation keeps changing every month: For example: Air Freight cost may change, Sea freight Cost may change, Diesel price may change.

Is there any way in JDE we can get this working using the rates functionality?
