Multi language in OTM Cloud

We have a requirement to setup OTM to support multiple languages. Its not just the fields but also the data within. I did the user preference setup and updated language to Spanish, this has changed the label names to Spanish. However the data with in is still English. What setups we need to do to receive data through integration in a different language? We will be receiving locations, items, orders etc from Oracle in Spanish and we want the address, item description etc., in Spanish and not in English.
