Date under Distribution Line Status of Project Exp Inquiry Window

Hi All,

Please let us know how / where from the  'Date' will be picked which is showing under ' Distribution Line Status' section of 'Cost Distribution  Lines' of a Project Expenditure Inquiry Window.

For Eg : In the Expenditure Inquiry > Cost Distribution Lines' Window PA DATE = 20-Sep-2017 ; GL Date = 20-Sep-2017 but Distribution Line Status Date is showing as 3-Oct-2017. I want to know that where this 3-Oct-2017 is picking and why it is not showing as 20-Sep-2017?
