RSS Punch out supplier catalog prices question

Hi JDE's , I'm working with a customer where 90 % of purchases are expenses ("J" line type, account, lump sum). They are considering to use  Non stock item master.

I know that the only way to setup a vendor /item price inside JDE is using item-vendor relationship and is a requisite to create item/branch record (F4102). So , we are talking about stock item type (this is not my scenario)

I have no access to a RSS demo with Punch out functionality (supplier websites/shopping cart). Customer can create  a JDE Non stock item catalog and once punch out is configured (technically, I mean), then users can use RSS  and create requisitions. They leverage commodity structure associated to
