Transaction Interface Managers (Material transaction) is business group/operating unit specific..?

Hi,

We have 3 business groups (Canada, US, and UK) and respective OU's and inventory organizations under each BG's.

There are some custom process where transactions are inserted in transactions interface and validating and then finally updating in the material transactions.

The cost manager and transactions interface is scheduled every 5 minutes in US region, transactions are interfacing to inventory and updating correctly there is no issue Here, now transactions are started in another region and got stuck in the transaction interface due to some errors (Invalid projcet, invalid task or some of them are stuck with process flag as YES, and doesn't processing).
