We have a huge volume of concurrent EAI transactions (5 Million) hitting to custom EAI object manager and the volume comes from a pool of java web services using soap or restfull services called via <SessionType xmlns="http://siebel.com/webservices">Stateless</SessionType> but we are getting feedback from the client with below errors happening very frequently approximately 8k errors per day irrespective of peak loads.On the 14 EAI physical windows servers we have enough capacity and they was never reached max limit during peak hours.

Oracle SR support says since there is SBL- error code from below error asking us to contact Microsoft IIS.
