IP17 Workspace Inspect and Deliver is very slow

Hi All,

Workspace inspect takes around 10 mins for Custom Contact Form Applet.

Workspace deliver took around 45 mins for Custom Contact Form Applet and never completed(killed the session).

From the application, Clicking open on a Delivered workspace crashes the application(OM becomes Not online state).

Would like to know if anyone has tuned the DB or is there an Oracle provided fixes for these workspace slowness issues ?
