cannot find the oem 12.1.0.5 Information Publisher Reports Logfile

we are running oracle oem 12.1.0.5 on windows 2008r2 oms server.  I have created some information publisher reports that use the sql element and most of the databases the query is in works fine but one database returns below error and I can't figure out where the logfile is that I am suppose to find the error that its referring to.  any ideas where to look?  I have been looking at below location on the oms server but can't find the error:

\oracle\em12105\gc_inst\em\EMGC_OMS1\sysman\log

please assists if any ideas.
