Unable to find OracleDocumentsfolder component in component list, which has to be enabled to integra

I am looking any way by we can integrate oracle web centre content with oracle document cloud service.

I got some link in which I found that we need to enable the OracleDocumentsFolders in Oracle web center content, but I am unable to find the same in component list.

Is that component is out of the box or it is a custom component?

Is their any thing we need to enable, prior doing this?
