OBIEE 11.1.1.7.150527: timezone in Answer reports different from Siebel Marketing campaign start tim

Hi,

We have a customer with global presence. It is Siebel Marketing IP15 and  OBIEE 11.1.1.7.150527 creating Siebel campaigns in GMT + 1:00 time zones.   They have integration with OBIEE and accessing the Answers reports within siebel.

They have their Servers/data in GMT +1;00 time zones and  we are facing a  situation mentioned in Bug Bug 19010905 - OTBI - WRONG DATA DISPLAYED IN CUSTOM REPORT (USER PREFERENCES) where DefaultDataDisplay  and document OBIEE 11g - 'Display Time Zone' Settings are Not Getting Applied on Custom Format Columns of Date-Time Data Type (Doc ID 2018092.1).

I am looking forward to know if anyone has faced similar situation?  And any solution that could be tested?
