RAT_TIMEOUT when upgrading orachk

  Trying to upgrade Collection Manager for Orachk (ORACHK VERSION: 12.2.0.1.3_20171011), I start initially the command

 

  tfactl orachk -cmupgrade

 

  The command failed with a timeout asking to increase RAT_TIMEOUT

 

  Unfortunately, doing it and running again the command give the message :

 

  Collection Manager is upgrading to newest version. Please allow it to finish and try again.

 

  After some time I still have the issue, so I reboot my server but I still have this message.

 

  Application help show new version: App Version 12.2.0.1.3

 

  The day after the schedule, no collection were uploaded.

 

  Looking to the log of the scheduled run I got the following error:
