Database Hiccups

Hi Team,

Our client is facing issue with database. They are working on JD Edwards Xe. Issue is, there are continuous transaction failures repported by user. Transaction fails in P4113, P4116, P4205 where user did the transaction but commitment got failed and quantity didn;t got updated in F41021 or F4111 or in both. These records were found in commitment recovery application where we can roll back the qty and ask user to do the transaction again.But why this is happeneing we dont know. Also integrity issues are there where qty not updaing properly either F41021 or F4111. To fix this we have
