Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We found below info/query from database that caused the performance issue.

(ORGANIZATION_ID , ORGANIZATION_NAME) VALUES (:B1 , :B2 )

Need to know that which request/report/etc caused the said issue.
